This is a TRC TACTICAL RESPONSE CARRIER with MOLLE and the carrier alone is NON-BALLISTIC.  You will need to add your own ballistic panels into this carrier.  This vest carrier includes both the front and back halves.  Carrier is Super Lightweight and weighs only 2 pounds!  Features Include:
Optimally fits front panel measuring 24" wide x 15" long from scoop in neck to bottom
Optimally fits rear panel measuring 24" wide x 17 long from center to bottom
Front and Rear plate pockets accept up to a 10 x 12" plate
Plates install by opening top Loading Flap closures on the front / rear
Panels install into carrier using the velcro opening on the body side of the carrier
Adjustable shoulder closure
Adjustable waist closure
Mic Tabs on left and right shoulders
