    Description

    This sale is for a Spicer # 2-40-1031 slip tube shaft that often is used with the Spicer slip yoke # 2-3-128KX.     1 3/8" dia. 16 spline.   It fits into the 2" OD. X .083 wall tubing.     This slip tube shaft  has the once popular Spicer glidecoat spline. (Helped prevent galling.)   This stub shaft is popular in smaller duty drivelines,  or heavy duty power take-off drivelines.     This item was on the shelf over 25 years, it has a little staining on the shaft.
