Viewport is manufactured using multiple layers of polycarbonate.  The viewport layers have stress lines in the lens as shown.  We've shot numerous viewports 10+ times per viewport and they shoot fine so if multiple pistol rounds can be defeated into the same viewport, there is no reason not to expect this one to perform the same.  We are pointing out imperfections with photos and we WILL NOT accept any return requests given that we've made you aware of the stress lines and imperfections from training exercises.  You are buying this shield as-is and all sales are final.  I've priced this one shield accordingly as well.
